Question by alicat: I want to buy a sticker maker that includes templates?
I’m starting to get into scrapping for my daughter. The stores all seem to have the same old stickers and such and I’m more interested in designing my own. Like with my own wording and having the option of printing things like bubbles and splash water drops and thing like that to customize the pages. When I’ve searched all I’ve found are laminating machines that are called sticker makers but that’s not quite what I’m looking for. Any advice or ideas?
I’m looking more for a brand or name of such a product to begin my search more than an idea of where I could find something like it. I can’t know what to look for if I don’t know what to ask for.

Question by Princess.Drama: Anyone want to buy a laminator? (ebay problem)?
Hey everyone!
So i bid on a laminator, it was only 99c (aud) so wat harm could be done? then i found out that there would be problems shipping to my area. I hav not been outbid and i have tried contacting the seller, but so far they have not removed my bid.
If there is anyone who would like to buy a laminator, please consider bidding on this one, as it would get me out of this mess.
Its so cheap anyway!!

any advice welcome too
THANX! :-)
haha thanks benji that sounds like a good idea, but wont i get in trouble with ebay for not paying the postage and handling?
and i am pretty sure that this doesnt cover the criteria for bid removal by ebay. You have to have-
1. bid the wrong amount by accident
2. the seller has changed the information about the object
or 3. you cannot contact the seller
???
ITS OK EVERYONE! i ended up retracting the bid under the option
“not being able to contact the seller”
Seeing as the seller never replied to my message, i felt this the best option!
Thankyou everyone for your help!

Just pay the 99c and then that’s that. Problem solved. Someone working for the post office gets a free laminator!

Edit: Sensible option would be to listen to the guy below me, although it would result in a strike against your ebay account.
You could always pay for it, (including the postage) and have it sent to a relative which you could pick up next time you’re there? Or a place of work?

Question by bettycalkinsmcconachie: I printed up paper placemats and want to coat them so the ink doesn’t run?
They are for a church project for Christmas, and I don’t want the ink running if they get wet. Do not have a laminator

I have used hair spray in the past for cards and pictures, but don’t want to have to do all 130 with it.

Question by gg: I want to buy an elliptical Machine. Will it dent hardwood flooring or would laminate floor be better?

Best answer:

Answer by Graymatter
The Laminate flooring is much more durable then wood when it comes to moving around alot. Hard wood is expensive to install and fix, were as laminate is half the price.
