A Jacksonville man pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of making and possessing counterfeit immigration documents, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz, 38, was arrested in November after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents watched him sell forged documents to a confidential informant in a shopping center parking lot. The informant purchased five sets of documents on two different days, according to a Justice Department news release.

Agents searched Ortiz-Cruz’s house and found a computer, printer and laminating machine used to create counterfeit paperwork, the release said. I have to ask this as the informant purchased five sets of documents on two different days, how many before this arrest grained access to counterfeit paperwork ? And how much money will it cost the taxpayers for Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz legal fee’s, to house and feed and provide medical,dental care, medications up to 10 years ?
