		<description>Yea, if you followed the directions... waiting for it to fully heat up .. it should only take about a min or less for an 8x11 sheet of paper to go thru. Mine takes about 30 seconds and it&#039;s not fancy. Just a simple one I got at a hardware store. The laminator should be really warm to the touch too. If none of the above is happening, see if you can exchange it.</description>

sounds like your object was too small to go through and is stuck or your machine is faulty.  (10 minutes in the laminator sounds like a fire hazard as well)
turn off and unplug the machine and see if you can take it out.  If you can&#039;t easily and safely remove your object then you may need to contact either the store you bought from or the manufacturer for help.</description>
