I got this laminator a while ago and today I tried to laminate something. I followed the directions and I put the pouch in the laminator. The only problem is that it’s more than 10 minutes later and I’m still waiting for it to come out. Does anyone know the average time for something to be laminated?

mine works in a few seconds to just over a minute depending on the size of the piece.
sounds like your object was too small to go through and is stuck or your machine is faulty. (10 minutes in the laminator sounds like a fire hazard as well)
turn off and unplug the machine and see if you can take it out. If you can’t easily and safely remove your object then you may need to contact either the store you bought from or the manufacturer for help.

Yea, if you followed the directions… waiting for it to fully heat up .. it should only take about a min or less for an 8×11 sheet of paper to go thru. Mine takes about 30 seconds and it’s not fancy. Just a simple one I got at a hardware store. The laminator should be really warm to the touch too. If none of the above is happening, see if you can exchange it.
