I Need A Laminator That Just Melts The Edge Of A Plastic Pouch?

I have a plastic ID badge pouch (not a laminate pouch that my boss wants me to seal the open edge and then use a slot punch to hang it vertically instead of horizontally. Thanks! : }

there’s an actual laminator that does not require heat, all you do is insert the item that needs laminating, then you crank it and it laminates (cold press). You can find small heat laminators like at wal-mart or office max in their office dept. Not that expensive.
you need some kind of heat sealing device that you would normally seal packaging with, chances are the cost would far out weigh what you actually need it for. A bakery wrapping machine would be able to seal that for you, maybe try your local supermarket that seals its own bread?
