How many illegals are currently enjoying instant citzenship from Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz skills at fraud?
Question by I’m gonna start another riot: How many illegals are currently enjoying instant citzenship from Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz skills at fraud?
A Jacksonville man pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of making and possessing counterfeit immigration documents, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz, 38, was arrested in November after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents watched him sell forged documents to a confidential informant in a shopping center parking lot. The informant purchased five sets of documents on two different days, according to a Justice Department news release.
Agents searched Ortiz-Cruz’s house and found a computer, printer and laminating machine used to create counterfeit paperwork, the release said. Each federal indictment carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and 0,000 in fines.http://www.jacksonville.com/news/metro/crime/2009-01-07/jacksonville_man_pleads_guilty_to_selling_forged_immigration_documents
I have to ask this as the informant purchased five sets of documents on two different days, how many before this arrest grained access to counterfeit paperwork ? And how much money will it cost the taxpayers for Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz legal fee’s, to house and feed and provide medical, dental care, medications up to 10 years ? How much of a drain is illegal immigration becoming with each arrest including all legal fee’s, jail fee’s, air fares, etc, etc per day, per week, per month, per year?http://www.jacksonville.com/news/metro/crime/2009-01-07/jacksonville_man_pleads_guilty_to_selling_forged_immigration_documents

As long as the Federal Government refuses to penalize those who hire illegals the entire immigration process remains a fraud- what is homeland security doing anyway, playing with themselves? What is this obscene bureaucracy doing but over charging us for nothing.
Wow! that’s incredible. I doubt those forged documents will ever be detected. Which means those people are considered LPRs and entitled to all gov benefits and will not be deported.
The estimate to house an inmate per year is about $25,000. The legal fees will be horrendous. We will end up paying his lawyers ( I’ve read a couple reports that it can be anywhere from $100 an hr to $250 an hr.) and the courts fees as well as the incarceration. I think we can forget seeing any kind of payment on the fines.
